Leaders must have a certain character is a dream for the people they lead. But there is the tendency of some party only emphasizes the ritual character as a measure of the leader's piety, while social morals that have direct impact on the social life of the community often do not get the attention it deserves.
When the poor patients die on the trip because it was rejected by the hospital, when the corpse was brought home to be picked up because no one cares, or when the poor eat parched rice because it is not able to buy rice, as if not a moral disgrace leader with social responsibility.
