"To minimize this effect, try to reduce it gradually. It's much better to reduce stress slowly. Begin by cutting a half portion of the total intake of coffee per day, and then gradually move on without caffeine," said Glenville.

Then, Glenville adding, changing slowly with other beverages such as herbal tea. Although there are types of coffee without caffeine, ideally, you need to "eliminate" although decaffeinated coffee if you want to relieve stress.
